Terms & Conditions

1. ayment should be clear as per the commitment.
2. All payments will be made bill wise and without any deduction.
3. All Schemes will be in written only on the company letterhead, with signature of owner. Verbal schemes are not acceptable.
4. Company will not be responsible for any damage, Short supply Bad Debt or any type of losses.
5. Company has full right to change the price with verbal notice.
6. In case the cheque bounce, the party will be charged with Rs. 500/- as penalty.
7. Part payment's will not be accepted.
8. All terms & conditions applicable from time to time will be acceptable to us.
9. In case of any dispute the same will be reported to head office within 7 days of receipt material.
10. Company is not reponsible for any secondary sales payment done by our representative.
11. Purchase order on letterhead with price/quantity and scheme (if any) should be given to the officer.
12. You need to provide 2 blank cheque and a Rs 500/- cheque to our representative.
13. Failing to clear the outstanding of company on time, company can use the security cheques and clear their outstanding.

Note : No Cash to be given to any of our representative. Only Cheque/ NEFT/ RTGS (Online Payment) will be acceptable.
